So here's what I'm thinking, if I can quit buying packs of cigarettes, and going from 10-15 a day, to one, and eventually to none- then I can do what I always am bad at doing and that's working out.
I've discovered a new way of doing it so I'm not bored out of my skull, I'll put a workout video on and then make a pumpin mix on my ipod and just mute the tv and listen to the music while I work out, might work, I'll give it a shot.
I'm trying to get in shape, and look shexy.
